Payment-Related Trading Risk

In the event of payment failure, your bot may enter a PAUSING or PAUSED state. During a PAUSING state, no new trades will be opened. Any existing open position will be managed until it closes naturally on its own signal. During a PAUSED state, no trading activity will occur.

Staxs accepts no liability for any losses, missed trades, or adverse market movements that occur during these states.

You are solely responsible for ensuring valid payment methods are maintained on the Platform at all times.
