By accessing or using Staxs (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Staxs provides an automated trading system for informational and educational purposes. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice.
Past performance of any trading strategy does not guarantee future results. All trading involves significant risk of loss.
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk. You may lose some or all of your capital. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks.
By connecting your exchange API keys, you grant the Platform permission to execute trades on your behalf according to the configured strategy parameters.
We do not store your secret keys in plaintext. You are responsible for ensuring your API keys are configured with the minimum required permissions. No withdrawal permissions should ever be granted.
Staxs operates on a performance fee model. We charge 20% of realised profits only. There are no monthly subscriptions, setup fees, or upfront costs. If you do not generate profits, you pay nothing.
Your primary payment method is cryptocurrency (USDC/USDT). A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file at all times as a backup payment method. Your card will only be charged if your primary cryptocurrency payment fails.
Upon saving a card, Staxs will perform a $1 authorisation check via Stripe, which is immediately voided. This is to verify the card is valid and active. Cards that fail this validation will not be accepted. You are responsible for ensuring a valid card remains on file at all times.
If your primary cryptocurrency payment fails, Staxs will automatically attempt to charge your card on file. If both payment methods fail, you will be notified immediately and given a 72-hour grace period to resolve the outstanding payment. During this period, Staxs will retry your card daily and send reminder notifications via email and Telegram.
If payment remains unresolved after the 72-hour grace period, your bot will be paused according to the following rules:
(a) If you have an open trading position at the time the grace period expires, your bot will enter a PAUSING state. No new trades will be opened. Your existing open position will be allowed to close naturally on its own signal (take profit or stop loss). Once the position closes, your bot will be immediately suspended and access to bot controls will be restricted.
(b) If you have no open trading position at the time the grace period expires, your bot will be suspended immediately and access to bot controls will be restricted.
Staxs accepts no liability for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or market movements that occur during any period in which your bot is in a PAUSING or PAUSED state as a result of payment failure. By using the Platform you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Once outstanding payment is resolved, your bot will be reinstated immediately and will resume trading on the next valid signal. No additional setup is required.
You may update your card on file at any time via the Settings page. Any new card will be subject to immediate validation as described in section 5.3. If the new card fails validation, your previous card will remain active where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staxs and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses occurring during any payment-related pause period.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
